Return & Refund Policy

AuditMate provides professional consulting, audit, and advisory services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled as follows:

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before the service begins. If work has already started, charges will apply based on time and resources used.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only when:

• Service was not initiated

• Payment was made in error

• A written cancellation request is submitted

No refunds will be issued for completed services or delivered advisory reports.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
